Based on my critic of the misery ritual and kit being too narrow I referred back to my previous interventions and analysed their relative successes in provoking meaningful conversations.
The Architecture of Misery worksheet was particularly engaging, as was The Misery Times exercise in the cultural probe packs. Both activities unpacked meaningful narratives on personal construals of misery. This held true for all the people I has tested these activities out with. Hence I elaborated on these activities to create a set of three distinct workshop proposals. The workshops follow a similar format but each is specified to a particular user group and takes a particular perspective on the exploration of misery.
